Ingredients
  

1 cup cornmeal
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter (melted)
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

  • 3 Whisk
  • 4 Baking Pan

Method
 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
    Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar and baking powder
      Add milk, eggs and melted butter
        Mix until smooth batter forms
          Pour into greased pan
            Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown
              Let cool and serve with butter

                Notes

                For extra softness, do not overmix the batter. You can add honey or cheese for extra flavor
